I was laughing my ass off when there was a guy with a riced out Genesis Coupe at my last autox who had to get his vape in before every run. Glad to see him racing the thing but the stereotype just fit so perfectly. The “Panty dropper” sticker on the back window and vape smoke coming out the window just had me dying with “IS THIS REAL LIFE??” laughter.

They look good on it. I briefly flirted with the idea of getting some S2000 wheels but I didn’t want to deal with the spacers either. Not to mention I didn’t have a way to get four fronts that wasn’t ludicrously expensive either.

Yeah I’m still up in the air about it all...the fact I need spacers and rings is just an added expense

Yeah it’s annoying but if you have a good line on the wheels and they aren’t going to cost you an arm and a leg I would say go for it. There are lots of good looking wheels from other cars that fit on these cars, the hard part is just finding a decent set at a decent price. I eventually got tired of hunting and just bought some new wheels from Discount Tire and I have been super happy with them.

17x7.5" MB Alpina’s
I wanted something clean and simple that looked like it could have been a factory option. I was originally trying to get my hands on some factory G35 or Acura TSX wheels, and there were a few others that were possibilities if a set popped up.
But I gave looking after a few months since my car needed tires. I needed to go ahead and get something or just put new tires on the factory wheels, which I wasn’t very excited about doing. So I ended up going with these and like I said I really like them.

Yeah white wheels can be hard to pull off depending on the color of your car. Plus they’re a pain in the ass to keep clean.

My Si is silver so, it’s an odd combo; I’m not prepared to clean wheels everyday until my car dies
